PARTY RENTAL FAQ’S

Enjoy the movies like never before and have a movie-themed party.

What is included in the Party Rental Package?

• One half hour, in your private auditorium, before or after your selected movie for cake and gifts
• Movie Admission
• Movie Combo (drink, popcorn, candy) * Available at a discounted price
• SEEfilm Cinema Party Attendant upon request

How do we reserve the event?

Complete the Party Rental Form. A representative will contact you to confirm the date and time of your party and discuss any further details.

Do we need to pay for the party in advance?

The party must be paid in full prior to the start of your event.

Can we change the date of our reservation?

Yes, as long as there is availability for the date and time that you want to change to. We need to be notified no less than one week prior to your event.

How far in advance can we reserve the auditorium?

Generally, reservations can be made well in advance. However, particular movies cannot be guaranteed until closer to the release date. It is recommended that you make your reservation at least seven days in advance of your event to ensure availability.

Can we bring in outside food or cake?

Yes, you can bring in cake, cupcakes and ice cream. Any other food or drinks must be approved by the manager prior to the date of your event.

Can we bring in decorations?

Yes. You are allowed to have a decorated table in the auditorium. Balloons are not allowed in the auditorium at any time. Taped decorations on the walls or screen is not permitted.

Will the theatre store presents and personal items during the movie?

All decorations, foods and gifts may remain in the auditorium until the end of your event.

Will there be anyone from SEEfilm Cinema available to help with the party?

Yes, a SEEfilm Cinema staff member will check on your event multiple times until your movie has started.  If you need something during your event please let us know.
