  • Q: Do you have online ticket sales?
    • Yes. We offer online ticket sales through this website and Fandango
  • Q: Are there online ticketing fees?
    • Yes. $1.00 per-ticket will be applied to your final transaction while using this website. Fandango fees are higher at this time.
  • Q: Will the tickets be emailed to me?
    • No. You will be presented with a confirmation number at the end of your transaction. Please bring this number with you to the theater to have your tickets printed out at either the lobby kiosks or the Box Office.
  • Q: How do I refund my online ticket(s)?
    • If you purchased the ticket(s) through this website you can contact a manager via phone at 360-362-7665 before the scheduled show start. You may also visit the Box Office at the theater with your valid confirmation number and before your scheduled show start, for a refund. Online ticketing fees are included in the refund.
    • If you purchased your ticket(s) through Fandango you will need to go through Fandango for your refund. We do not handle those transactions at the theater level.
  • Q: Can I still reserve a specific seat(s) with online ticket purchase?
    • Yes.
